2011 has been a great year
for Gemkin Persians. In this year alone our beautiful
persians have taken14 x Best
in Show Wins with 6 x
progressing to win Best Overall Persian in Show and 4 x going on to win
Overall Best In Show
Many
thanks to the exhibiters who have presented our persians to such
high standards. Grateful thanks to all of the judges for
thinking so highly of our persians.

North of Britain Longhair & Semi LH Cat Club + Black, Red Self
& Tortoiseshell Cat Club and Tortie & White & Bicolour Cat Club Championship Shows
Gemkin Aquarius (13) made her debut in grand
style, winning
in BOTH the North Of Britain
and also the Black, Red Self & TortoiseshellCC, going on to win in BOTH SHOWS!! A truly amazing achievement for such a young kitten.
What a way to start her show career! Many thanks to her proud
owner Graham Gledhill of Cloverhill Persians for presenting
this girl to perfection, we look forward to meeting up again
soon :))
Gemkin Imagination (12a8t) also made her
debut winning
in the Tortie & White & Bicolour show at the
tender age of just sixteen weeks! Gemkin Arabella
(12 1) won her Open and Best of Breed, placed in all side
classes. Gemkin Starwind
(2a) won his Open and Best of Breed and went on to have a 'Red
Card Day' !

Cheshire Area Championship Show
Gemkin Starwind (2a) had a wonderful day
winning his Open and Best of Breed with two
more firsts and one second and going on to win Many thanks to his

Yorkshire County Cat Club Championship Show
Orbis Illustrious Blue (3)
our lovely blue boy became a Champion today, winning his

CC and Best Of Breed with two more firsts in side classes. He

It was a very proud day for Gemkin Persians, with three of our
four babies (all from the same litter) all participating in
their debutante show. Their new owners Ann Cook and Kath &
Tony Farson prepared them beautifully. Thank you so much for

Cameo, Smoke & Pewter Championship Show
We had a wonderful start to the New Year with fantastic results for the Cameo,
Smoke and Pewter show !
Grand Champion Gemkin Obsession
(2a) (Princess) won her first Imperial certificate ! Following this, she also went on to win
Best of Breed and Best Overall White Persian winning the
Kayaway Persians Trophy, a further grand challenge certificate, gaining a
red card day and was down to the
final three for Best Adult Persian! Way to go Princess, many thanks to her judges especially Shar Crichton
for thinking so highly of her.

(5) our beautiful Italian Import made his first debut, taking his
first CC, Best Of Breed and also had a
red card day.

Our little baby blue boy also made his first
debut, from our two South Paw lines and Lyn's pure blue lines
"Orbis Illustrious Blue",
having his first open win
and Best Of Breed! Also, first and second in
